Memorial Day Weekend

I was oh so lucky to have my mom, dad, and sister come visit for a few days. Saturday we headed to see 33 miles in an outdoor concert. And, I set up a picnic for us all to enjoy! I was pretty proud of myself even though no one seemed to mind all the hard work I put into it!!!!
Sunday, after church, we celebrated my mom for Mother's Day. We went out to eat and shopping....food and clothes....sounds like the perfect day!!
We also spent lots of time outside grilling out and catching up. It's always good for the heart to sit around with family and just talk. I love it and I miss it. Now, if I could only get Katie, Aaron, and Josie to join us.....!!!!!

Thank you mom, dad, and Moni for coming to see us. Giuliana and Mikaela love every second they get to see you. Frankie and I love all your help and your company. And, thank you all for putting up with my cheese bread!!!!

Here we all are at the last softball game of the season.

The girls had a great time cheering GiGi on all year. They are really looking forward to next year.....maybe they'll get cheerleading outfits?!!

11 Months

Oh la la....only one more month until the big 01!!!!! The past month has been so much fun. The girls are both crawling and pulling up on EVERYTHING! They are 'talking' like crazy....I'm afraid of what I'll hear once I can understand it!! The girls love eating with their fingers. Right now they are obsessed with Cheerios, banana's, and any type of 'graduate' snack. Still no teeth...not even a little bump.
I am so thankful for every second I get to spend with them. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful family!

Giuliana and Mikaela LOVE spending time with their cousin Sophia. Giuliana has mastered the art of taking 'stuff' from everyone! So, if you want to hang out, keep your bows, toys, and food in a tight hold! They also enjoy every second their GiGi plays with them....now, if only they could keep up with her!

Look What I found....

.....this morning when I went to get the girls! Giuliana can now pull herself into the standing position!!! She's been pulling up on things for a week now but hasn't quite been able to pull up all the way. She's well on her way now!!
