Slip, Slip, Slippin' on some Slippers!!!
My cutie tootie girls have slippers! They've been beggin' to wear them for months. I finally put them on the girls now that it's getting cold. Giuliana is in light pink and Mikaela in dark pink.

Go Pioneers!
The other weekend was MNU's Homecoming. Lucky for me, a few of my friends from college made it back in town for the weekend. We enjoyed dinner after the football game (MNU WON). I can't wait until next year to see more friends at my 5 year reunion!

Frankie came home the other day for lunch and caught me passed out on the job! I had no clue he took this picture until I was looking through my pictures the other day. What can I say?? Being a mom is a hard job....sometimes I need a little sleep too!!!

Brrrr!!!
It's starting to get a little chilly outside so I went out and bought my little snow angels their first winter hat. We tested them out as we all went for a walk! I think they like their new hats! Mikaela is in purple and Giuliana in pink.

I've got friends in low places.....
So, today we decided to go shopping in Owasso which is right outside of Tulsa, OK. It was one of those "I won't get dressed and put on make up if you don't" kinda days. After shopping we decided to grab some lunch at Red Robin. It was around 3pm so it wasn't busy at all. Katie said, "That guy over there in the backwards hat looks like Garth Brooks." My mom turned around and said,
"That IS him!!! He lives here! He lives here!
That's GARTH BROOKS."
So, we called the waitress over and asked her to ask him if he'd take a picture with us.....and, as you can see....he did!!!! He was EXTREMELY nice. He asked each one of us what our names were and shook our hands. He also asked about all the babies and was very nice. Garth totally made our day....now, too bad we didn't get ready today......

Thanks Garth Brooks!!!!

To Grandmother's house we go.....

Yea! Cousin Josie and Aunt Katie are FINALLY in town. The girls decided to take their first road trip together to Grandma's house. It was definitely a packed car but the girls did great. We also all made it to church.....ON TIME! Giuliana (yellow) and Mikaela (pink) didn't quite make it through the service...but Josie was a very good girl...maybe because her daddy is a youth pastor?!!!

Giuliana and Mikaela's Baby Dedication
This was a very special time for us as we dedicated the girls to the Lord this past Sunday. We had the wonderful support of both our families. Thank you for being there!
Giuliana ~ Youthful Heart
Psalm 71:17
O God, Thou hast taught me from my youth and I still declare Thy Wonders.
Mikaela ~ Godliness
Psalm 71:19
For your righteous, O God, reaches to the heavens,
You who have done great things; O God, who is like you?

Giuliana is in the plaid dress and Mikaela in the pink and yellow dress.

Yes...that IS a dance move....and Yes, that IS a Double Chin!!!

STRIKE!!
Bowling is always more fun when you customize the rules. We had to dance back everytime we got done bowling. It was so much fun to just laugh at our poor dance move. The first prize would have to go to Monica....then Josh for Second...and Frankie Third. My moves aren't even worthy enough to place.....or get best effort. I got the "Don't ever do that again" Award!!

Bowling
Frankie, Monica, Josh and I all went bowling Saturday after dinner. It was so much fun........you'll see why with our 'dance off' pictures!

Grillin'~n~Chillin'
This weekend my family came up to spend some time with us. We spent Saturday evening grilling out in our back yard.
You can see a sneak peak of our new patio in one of the pictures. YES, Frankie finally got his patio. It's not quite finished yet....and I still need my new deck.....and patio furniture....and the list goes on and on and on! We are really looking forward using our patio quite a bit next summer!
We also celebrated Monica's 23rd Birthday!
The delicious cupcakes are from
Icing on the Cupcake.
Would you like to try one? You should....click on the Icing on the Cupcake link on the right side of my blog. The cupcakes are soooo good!
Finally, there is a picture of my mom with Giuliana. They haven't seen the girls in a whole month and they've changed so much.
Thanks for visiting - we LOVE and MISS seeing you!

I sure do LOVE and MISS my little niece Josie.
But, good news!!!! She's coming to see me and her cousins this THURSDAY! We are so excited to finally meet Josie. Isn't she just so cute and precious?!!?!

Time Sure Does Fly When You're Having Fun
The girls love cuddling with their Aunt Jamie and GG. Here is a picture of them trying on their new winter outfits from GG. Earlier that day, Jamie, Deb, and I had a great time shopping at Babies-R-Us for 2 hours....yes, two hours!!

I'm way to small for this toy
I really don't like this...what are you doing to me???

Checkin' out each other!
Checkin' out Daddy

Family Time
It's not too often that we get to hang out with just the four of us. But, when we do,
WE LOVE IT!!
We had fun putting Giuliana in her new little toy. It was obviously way too big. Her feet were just dangling....but, I still think she had fun....well, maybe not.
It's been so fun to watch the girls grow. They are able to focus on us and smile. They know who their dad is and are just smiles every time he's around. They just can't take their eyes off of him...it's so sweet!
Giuliana is in the white and Mikaela in the pink.
